Client Policy & Procedures
Arrival
Please do not enter the clinic until 5 minutes before your appointment time. This is to help keep our waiting area from exceeding its maximum recommended capacity.
Upon entrance to the clinic, please use hand sanitizer and if you haven’t already, put on your mask. If you do not have a mask one will be available for $2.00.
Ensure the COVID – 19 pre-screening Self-Assessment Test sent via email has been completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your therapist will complete one with you if needed.
If you feel unwell in any way or have sickness of any kind please cancel your appointment. The $40 late cancellation fee will be waived but is still in effect for missed appointments.
We ask that clients only receiving treatment arrive to the clinic. This will help with public health capacity recommendations. Exceptions will be for minors receiving treatment or clients requiring assistance.
Treatment
Please place all belongings into the bin provided. It has been properly sanitized prior to your arrival.
If you used the washroom prior to the start of your treatment, please use the available hand sanitizer before getting on the massage table.
You may remove your mask once you are face down on the massage table. If you choose to receive treatment face up or side lying you are required to wear your mask.
Your massage therapist is required to wear eye protection, an apron and mask for the entire treatment. Proper sanitization of their PPE is completed after every client.

If you are sending an E Transfer please give confirmation number to your therapist and include your name in the message.
Maintain the appropriate social distancing protocols if there are other clients in the waiting area.
Water is no longer available.
Please leave the clinic promptly when you are finished your massage therapy session. Your therapist needs to properly sanitize before their next client arrives.
Additional Sanitization
After each treatment, your massage therapist is required to remove all linens from the massage table and thoroughly wipe down the table, arm rest, stool, bolster pillow, plastic bin as well as all high touch areas such as light switches and door handles.
The front desk, debit machine, phone, laptop, stool, chairs and door handle are also sanitized after each client.
Frequent hand washing and sanitization protocols are also in place for our therapist.
